The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and good standard, it met requirements, I greatly enjoyed its perfect location really close to free transport, and a very pleasant garden area to enjoy a drink from the bar at a reasonable price.

Almost everything was bad. I booked that hotel because it has internet but during my stay the internet has gone off and also the phoneline was corrupted. So i became unconnected to the world. And it took more than 12 hours to fix it. And also they charged for every small detail, like plug converter. Besides, the staffs don't know English well and they lack communication.

By and large, it was brilliant base for sightseeing in Santiago, had much fun and met welcoming staff who supported me in the evening at reception desk. The restaurant was reasonably priced with good food and wine, I ordered freshly cooked dishes.

There is no bar separate from the dining room. The gym has only four pieces of equipment of which two (the bikes) were not in working condition. The television in the gym is small and only had good reception of children programmes in Spanish. Rather charge for the use of the gym and properly equip and maintain it.
